    Hi,
Looking to improve our security and therefore 2FA is top of the list at this point.
We are very serious about our website performance for our customers. So I always make sure that whatever plugin we use it has no impact on our shoppers.

I’m looking to activate 2FA (for now) only for our administrators. Does this plugin have any impact on the following user scenario:
    – user shopping – loading the product page
    – user checkout – loading checkout page and paying (either with or without creating an account)

I’m guessing my main question is, is there javascript/CSS/other being loaded on the front-end? A lot of plugins just throw their libraries on every page load , leading to less performance.

    Hello @saens

    Thanks for your question.

We also like to keep things as light as possible, so with that in mind WP 2FA will have no impact here. Any front-end files are only enqueue’d as part of the shortcode, meaning they will only be loaded on pages where the shortcode is present.

    I hope this helps!

Kind regards, Daniel @ WP White Security

    Hello @saens

Have you tried the plugin? As Daniel explained, performance is something we are passionate about. So please keep us posted on the outcome of your tests. Should you find an issue, we’d be more than happy to look into it.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,
Thanks for both your input. It’s appreciated.
I’m still in testing. But it’s looking good so far.
    Can mark this as resolved.
