Is this plugin abandoned?

The plugin still works, but is DIRE need of maintenance and updates.

There are MANY unresolved support tickets pointing out bugs, issues, etc. Like HUNDREDS of them.

The plugin code has not been updated since 2018.

I’ve been a HUGE fan of this plugin for years now, recommending it to readers, et al.

But I no longer can recommend if the plugin is abandoned.

Eventually, if the author does not update the plugin and resolve even some of the outstanding issues, I will have to recommend that people do not use it.

And I will need to find a suitable alternative. Or build one myself 🙂

I want to change this review to 5 stars, please take some time to update your once-great sitemaps plugin.
