  • WordPress.com is restricted from running plugins so you cannot use this plugin nor any other.

    The closest idea I can come up with is that you might be able to use a 3rd-party filesharing/hosting service like Dropbox or Google Docs and then either replace the file there or, if that doesn’t working, maintain a folder for the file and update the file in the folder (while the link to the folder remains the same).
