Is This Plugin Still Being Maintained?

    Been using Classic Editor for years, it’s my go-to editor. Just wanted to ask, is this plugin still actively maintained? Haven’t seen an update in a while and a bit worried about long-term compatibility with newer WP versions.

    This plugin requires few changes, as its main purpose is to deactivate the Block Editor additions from the WordPress code and activate the components for the Classic Editor that remain in the WordPress core. It often appears as though there are no updates here (simply because updates are rarely necessary). The compatibility flag for WP 7.0 will likely be set soon, once the volunteers working on this and other tasks get around to it.
