guid isPermaLink is broken

Hello!

I´m facing the issue that I´m not able to delete or change older posts. I exported the XML of the posts and found a strange difference in the <guid isPermaLink=”false”>.

For newer entries (which can be changed and deleted) the GUID looks like this:
<guid isPermaLink="false">http://(myurl)/blog/?p=7529</guid>

But a lot of them look like this:
<guid isPermaLink="false">http://Ihr%20erinnert%20Euch%20noch%20an%20mein%20Erlebnis,%20als%20mich%20Mitarbeiter%20aus%20einer%20Staples-Filiale%20gehen%20ließen?%20Kann%20man%20hier%20lesen...Wenige%20Stunden%20nach%20Veröffentlichung%20meines%20Blog-Artikels%20meldete%20sich%20die%20Social-Media-Einheit%20von%20Staples%20Deutschland%20via%20Twi</guid>

My questions are:
How can I fix this issue?
Do you think this is the reason for my described problems?
