 * Hi,
 * Please add prefix or check if function exists before such function declaration,
   may cause conflict with many plugins.
 * issue is in file:
 * \wp-content\plugins\erp\modules\hrm\includes\functions-reporting.php on line 
   334
 * you didn’t prefix function and also didn’t check if function exists and that 
   caused issues:
 * function is_valid_date`
 * we receive 1 star rating because of this on our plugin.
