# ISO zip code search plugin

 * So I’m building a site for a NPO that provides vision and hearing tests to underprivileged
   children. One of the things they do is offer a few hundred locations where people
   can drop off used eyeglasses.
 * I need a plugin that would provide search functionality where if a visitor enters
   a zip code, it would return a number of the closest locations where they can 
   donate eyeglasses.
 * Ideally I’d like for there to be a CSV upload function.
 * Is this plugin possible without the requisite Google API entanglements?
 * Does the USPS offer up an API for this type of search?

 * This might be doable with a [business directory plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/business+directory).
   You’d add each drop off location to the directory, then use its tools to do the
   search.
