 * I want to know why only administrators can create new users? Means register new
   user and a simple user cannot do it??
 * Please treat as urgent.

 * Thank you for reaching out to us.
 * If you go to your Dashboard -> Settings -> General and under Membership check
   the Anyone can register box, users will be able to register to your website.
 * That message is placed there to inform Admins that they can use the [wppb-register]
   form to add users themselves as well.
