    Hi sanaullah khan,

    Thank you for contacting us.

This type of JavaScript error often indicates a conflict with another plugin or your active theme, or potentially an issue with a caching plugin.

To help us pinpoint the source of the problem, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Deactivate all plugins on your site except for LearnPress.
    2. Switch your active WordPress theme to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Five.
    • If the error is resolved with only LearnPress active on a default theme, it suggests a conflict with another plugin or your previous theme. You can then reactivate your other plugins and theme one by one to identify the specific source of the conflict.
    • If the error persists even with this minimal setup, then the problem might lie within LearnPress itself. In that case, please let us know the results of your conflict test, and we will investigate further to provide you with a more specific solution.

    Best regards,

    Hi sanaullah khan,

    Thank you for the update!

Regarding the Stripe option missing under LearnPress Settings -> Payments after reactivating it, we’ve just re-tested this scenario with LearnPress version 4.2.8.5, LearnPress – Stripe Payment add-on version 4.0.5, and the Twenty Twenty-Five default theme. We haven’t been able to reproduce the missing Stripe option on our end https://prnt.sc/Q1q2sevGrc6-.

Could you please try deactivating the LearnPress – Stripe Payment add-on again, and then re-activating it?

Sometimes simply toggling the add-on off and on can resolve minor display issues.

If the Stripe option still doesn’t appear after trying this, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp
