# Issue creating a task

 * Great plugin!
 * I’m having an issue creating my first task. The inputs to my function, which 
   is in functions.php, are $isExitCode and $oRoutine. At the end of my function,
   I include the line “TaskScheduler_Debug::log( $oRoutine->getMeta() ); return 
   1;”. I use an add_filter to call the function.
 * In the Dashboard, I proceed to add the function as a task scheduled daily by 
   calling the add_filter – I followed the instructions given on the plugin’s welcome
   page. But the function doesn’t show up on my list of Tasks to be performed. Any
   suggestions? Thank you

 * Sorry for the late reply. I did not receive notification emails for some reasons.
 * I have hard time understanding what you are describing. Have you tried creating
   a task via Dashboard -> Task Scheduler -> Add New Task? If so, post a screenshot
   of the task listing page (Dashboard -> Task Scheduler -> Tasks).
