# Issue generating thumbnail

 * Hi there,
 * I have an issue where im adding certain ids and when i click publish i am getting
   the following error.
 * TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: [http://www.cam-knowledgebase.com/wp-content/plugins/document-gallery/assets/icons/msdoc.png](http://www.cam-knowledgebase.com/wp-content/plugins/document-gallery/assets/icons/msdoc.png)
 * Any ideas what i can do to resolve?

 * Hi Tom,
 * This bug is actually unrelated to Document Gallery. It is related to the [TCPDF library](http://www.tcpdf.org/),
   which is not used by Document Gallery. Do you have a plugin which allows creating/
   editing PDFs? That’s probably who you need to talk to.
