 * I am running into a strange issue where my server can no longer be able to have
new images optimised through LSCWP. There seems to have no issue to send new
images to the cloud, and the cloud seems to have processed the requests and made
   successful notification to LSCWP.
 * I attempted multiple measures for troubleshooting, including:
    - Refreshing site key / token.
    - Making sure server IP on both LSCWP and QUIC.cloud is correct.
    - Checking that admin-ajax.php is not blocked
    - Checking that the REST API is still working (returns 401)
    - Redetecting best servers for services.
    - Removing all optimisation data, multiple times.
    - Manually trying sending optimisation and pulling requests.
    - Enabling logs to see if there are any trace, does not see curl being mentioned
      even once.
    - Purging notified images.
    - Updating the plugin to the master of Github
 * Interestingly, even if I have purged the optimisation data, it appears some images
are still in an optimised state. This is the main site of an multisite installation,
   if that matters.
 * Can someone have a look at the case please? I generated a passwordless link before
sending the report and I hope that might help speed up the process. I uses QUIC.
cloud CDN and serving unoptimised images is not really a cost-saving measure.

   Let’s get clear 1 thing:
you should not mention login or give ideea that you are going to send us any
link.We are not asking for login and do not require it. This is in forum guidelines
and be carefull what you say 🙂Only thing you can share here is the LSC => Toolbox
=> Report and share with us the Report ID. We will look into 🙂

 * Thank you for your kind response. I thought that was included in the report that
   has been sent.
 * For some reason I cannot comprehend it appears that the requests are mysteriously
working, while when I was trying to do that manually it almost always does not
   work.
 * Also strange is what happened at the very first place – for some other reasons
which I do not understand previously none of the new images gets optimised.
 * Thank you again for your assistance, and wish you a nice day ahead.

 * For additional info, the pull is now stuck again for more than 24 hours. Image
   requested but not pulled.

 * Hi [@litetim](https://wordpress.org/support/users/litetim/) ，
 * I have downgraded from v7.1 (Dev) to v7.0 (Latest). I also have attempted to
manually pull by clicking on ‘pull images’, and by manually triggering the cron
task. Unfortunately none of that worked at this moment. The last pull was done
on `03/24/2025 02:43:50`, more than two days ago.
 * Please advise what should I do next.
