we create a B2B Price tier on a product and when we create a dynamic rule BXGY FREE then automatically price of free product added on subtotal. please help to resolve it .

Please check if you have set any optional conditions which may alter the rule functionality. Also you can check if any other plugin conflicts with the rule. Disabling all other plugins and check .
thanks AI Mahmud ji, as per your reply I checked this msg for BOGO rule , here I speaking for Buy X get Y Free rule and it’s functionality doing wrong when that Y product which we include in this rule have a special price tier. for ref check below two images
