    Hello @krishs,

    Greetings. I hope you’re doing well.

    Really sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with importing data on the Advanced Data Table widget. I have just tried to import data from a CSV file and found that it’s working perfectly on my end.

    You may also check this: https://d.pr/v/vvu6YE

    However, It seems strange on your end. Would you kindly make sure that you’re using the latest version of our EA plugin?

    If yes, please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

    Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d

    If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.

    Let me know how it goes then.
    Thank you.

    Hello @krishs

    Thank you so much for sharing your screen recording.

    But unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce the same issue on our end.
    Could you please cooperate with us and let us know some more info and do some tests?
    So that we could figure out together what could be the issue.

    First, Please check your memory limit by navigating to wp-admin -> Elementor -> System Info. It’s recommended to have a 512M Memory Limit.

    If the memory limit is increased then could you please check for plugin conflicts by following this:

    Make a backup of your website: Before making any changes to your website, it is essential to make a backup of your site. This will allow you to restore your website to its original state if anything goes wrong during the testing process.

    Disable all plugins: Temporarily deactivate all plugins on your website except Essential Addons and Elementor. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin => Plugins, and then deactivate other plugins. After deactivating all plugins, check if the issue still persists. If the issue goes away, then a plugin conflict is likely.

    Enable plugins one by one: Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help you identify the plugin(s) causing the conflict.

    Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Hello Elementor, Flexia, or Twenty Twenty Three. and check back as well.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you.

    Hello @krishs

    I hope you are doing well.

    We really wanted to solve your problem, could you please cooperate with us?

    Please share the Site Info then I will give it another try. Please go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard. It would be appreciable if you also share the Debug Log. First, go to your File Manager from cPanel and edit the wp-config.php file. Near the bottom of the file you’ll see the following:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

    Adjust that line to these three lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

    It’s not recommended to change WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to true. This is because any errors will then display on your live website. By enabling WP_DEBUG_LOG, you can view the same errors in your /wp-content/debug.log file.

    Then paste it in PasteBin and share the link with us.

    Thank you
