I have just tried to import data from a CSV file and found that it’s working perfectly on my end. If yes, please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to **wp-admin -> Essential Addons **then, switch to the ‘**Tools**’ tab and hit the ‘**Regenerate Assets**’ button. Could you please cooperate with us and let us know some more info and do some tests? So that we could figure out together what could be the issue.First, Please check your **memory limit **by navigating to wp-admin- > Elementor -> System Info. It’s recommended to have a **512M** Memory Limit. If the memory limit is increased then could you please check for **plugin conflicts** by following this:  * **Make a backup of your website:** Before making any changes to your website, it is essential to make a backup of your site. This will allow you to restore your website to its original state if anything goes wrong during the testing process. * **Disable all plugins:** Temporarily deactivate all plugins on your website except Essential Addons and Elementor. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin => Plugins, and then deactivate other plugins. After deactivating all plugins, check if the issue still persists. If the issue goes away, then a plugin conflict is likely. * **Enable plugins one by one: **Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. First, go to your File Manager from cPanel and edit the wp-config.php file. Near the bottom of the file you’ll see the following: * define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); * Adjust that line to these three lines: * define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true ); * It’s not recommended to change WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to true.
