    Can you look and see why orders are stuck in processing rather than completed? Here is the steps as I see it…
    Customer places order

    Order is sent to WooCommerce database as “Processing”

    Customer is redirected to Authorize.net to process payment

    Authorize.net can take from 24 to 48 hours to process payment

    When payment is settled or declined – Authorize.net updates its database but does not update WooCommerce

    Causing me to have to go in and manually confirm payment received and update orders status from “Processing” to “Completed”

    Need to find out why we are not getting updated payment statuses

    Also, sporadically, when people place an order and process their payment through Authorized.net, they are receiving the message below.

    An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

    This transaction has been approved.

    It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

    Can you please help me with these errors?
