    Hi all,

For the past few days, I have been experiencing a strange “issue”.

When I’m logged into the admin panel with the admin account or another account, I can access the WooCommerce menu to view the orders. However, when I refresh the page with F5 or click on “Status,” I end up on the default WordPress “Page Not Found” page.

I checked the address “https://fghsd.gt/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order,” it’s the good one and when I press F5, I arrive at the correct page. I have two websites with WooCommerce, and the issue occurs on both sites. It’s not a major problem, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.

On both sites, I use WooCommerce and the DIVI theme, and it’s the only share plugin I use.

    Best, Bruno.

  • Hi @trevellfr,

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details.

This definitely sounds unusual, and I can see how that behavior might be disruptive.

To start, please try clearing both your browser cache and any server-side caching, especially if you’re using a caching or optimization plugin. That often resolves unexpected behavior like this.

If the issue persists, could you please share the following so we can investigate further:

    1. System Status Report:
Go to WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support, then paste it into https://gist.github.com/ and share the link here.
    2. Fatal error logs (if any):
You’ll find these under WooCommerce → Status → Logs. Look for any recent fatal-error logs, and paste the contents to https://gist.github.com/ as well.

We’ll be happy to take a closer look once we have this info!

Hi @mahfuzurwp the link for the information :

And I haven’t any fatal error in log.

    Thank you.

    Hi @trevellfr,

Thanks for sharing the system report and for confirming there are no fatal errors.

As the next step, could you please try switching your theme temporarily to a default one like Storefront? This will help us determine if the issue might be related to the Divi theme.

Let us know if the problem persists after switching themes!

Hi, the issue comes from our database server, which is lagging…

    Thank you.

    Hi @trevellfr,

Thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear that you were able to identify the issue in your database server. That’s a great insight and should help prevent further confusion for other users in the future.

I will recommend that they reach out to their host to help them optimize their database.

If WooCommerce has been useful for your store and you appreciate the support you’ve received, we’d truly appreciate it if you could leave us a quick 5-star review here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post

Thanks again and all the best with your site!
