Issue Logging into Wp-admin after launch

    When setup on a dev server and BC4WP implemented we were able to use the login/sign-in page to get into Wp-admin, now when we try. It sends authentication code as normal, but when entered or link is clicked in authentication email it redirects back to sign-in and account wasn’t verified. Has anyone ran into this issue and if so what was the solution?

    Figured out that the Plug-in wasn’t playing nice with two factor authentication. Disabled and is now working.
