Issue on Lost Password Page – Error Message

Hi Team,
When we enter a valid email address on the Lost Password page, the system displays the error:
“Your answer was incorrect – please try again.”
The email is correct, but the form is not accepting it.
Please investigate and advise how we can fix this issue as it is blocking users from resetting their passwords.Let me know once this is resolved.
