# issue plugin – cut menu items

 * Hi
    I have mz site on Ubuntu server 12.04 and theme Vantage. If migrate my site
   to another Ubuntu server 12.04 or Wampp server on Windows, all is ok. But, when
   migrate my site to Ubuntu 14.04 and theme Vantage theme is activated, when save
   menu, WordPress cut 1/4 of items. Disappear completely. Need to revert from backup.
   With step-by-step verification, I found when activate Menu Icon plugin and I 
   have Vantage theme, I lose items of menu. With another theme I don not have problem.
   Seems is incompatibility? Why on other environment this not happen? And my menu
   with many items load slow with your plugin. If I deactivate it menu load is ok.

 * Yes, this could be a conflict, but I suspect you have many items in your menu?

 * Hi thanks for reply. I found the problem. Need to activate and increase max_input_vars
   from 1000 default value to 2500.
