# Issue Plugins forms not showing when using short codes

 * None of the forms created are showing properly when adding shortcodes to layout
   pages.
 * Previously all of the forms was working properly but since today everything disappeared.
   Live Form Preview when editing a form, appear blank and same issue when adding
   the shortcodes on pages. Even default forms are not showing on my website.
 * Please can you advise on how to fix this issue?
