# Issue using Nimble customizer

 * It’s been a few days that I try to modify some of my website contents but here
   is the thing. I can’t access the customizer facility.
 * Let me explain,
    The nimble builder page opens normally but then I can’t access
   the sections and contents settings or modify any of my contents. as in the following
   pictures. [http://prnt.sc/vdy4db](http://prnt.sc/vdy4db)
 * I already updated nimble builder and WordPress to their most recent versions (
   5.3.2) and deactivated all my websites plugins to debug nimble but it didn’t 
   make a difference. The debug mode didn’t work either.
 * Can you please help me solve this problem?

    This typically occurs when javascript breaks due to a conflict with a
   theme or a third party plugin. I’d recommend switching theme temporarily, for
   example with a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty, to see if the problem persists.
