# Issue with automatic scroll down (solution)

 * Hello,
 * I was suffering with auto scroll (on Windows 7/10 browsers, not Mac OS) for a
   client’s website with Jefferson Pro.
 * To answer to [this closed topic](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issue-with-automatic-scroll-down/).
   The auto scroll can be solutionned by desactivating an option in customizer theme.
 * Go to appareance > customizer > Header and navigation > Main Navigation Layout
   and select “disable” for “Sticky Navigation”.
 * Happy navigation !
