 * I am having an issue with WP-Optimize cache settings, for some reasons plugin
   named by JetCompareWishlist I can’t exclude that plugin in Cache advanced settings
 * These files I try to exclude:

   ver=1.4.3` from the file path and check if it works?

 * I try but it’s the same issue… I see that plugin works with PHP or cookie method
   
   can we try to exclude that cookie from WP Optimize?

   works, you can exclude that cookie from WP Optimize
