Food Store plugin has one and only shortcode for menu page which is [foodstore]. Please make sure that you are not using any other Food plugin which generates this shortcode on your checkout page.

Oh, make sense. I will delete all the other pages, I was trying a couple of them before settling for your plugin and would like to buy the other paid add-ons I see.
So whatever is the default checkout it picks that up, then the addon text is not showing up, just the amount. any idea why?
Also, do u have a lifetime license for one site?

Yes, all the license are lifetime for single site. For 10+ or unlimited sites, you can get the options like annual or timetime.

I don’t understand when you say not your plugin
Product – https://prnt.sc/zltg44. You can see there is an addon Add Bacon which adds €1. You can see this is your plugin
Cart – https://prnt.sc/zltpyg. You can see here if I add product without addon, for example, Gambieri Piccate, no issue displays properly but Burger and Garlic Bread, on selecting add on shows prices like sale price and Addon text is not shown. The same issue is on checkout as well https://prnt.sc/zlu5gz

My bad. So the screenshot you sent was actually of your cart page ? I thought it was the listing page as there cart page heading was not visible there. (https://prnt.sc/zlgeqo).
Now, we don’t know what’s your theme is doing there in the cart or checkout page, but food store does not have any control over those pages, it just adds the items from it’s menu page.
Please share your website URL, so we can see it our self. We might be able find what’s happening there.

I thought I must have not explained properly
The theme is simple, Hello Theme, really does not have anything on WooCommerce.
So did a bit of investigating,
Woocommerce does advise using WooCommerce Blocks to use instead of the usual shortcodes

Have used it on many websites, not had any issues with any other plugins
Then when I changed to use the classic shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] in the editor, the cart and checkout displayed properly.

Any chance of adding support for WooCommerce Blocks?

Ok. Well, we have added those extras with WooCommerce way completely. The addons are called the line items for each product and service related information are stored as Order Meta.
Not sure how to make it work, but we are going to check it out with WooCommerce blocks once. If anything can be done on this, we are surely going to add it asap.
