Hello,
If your page at the other site is recently created then visit your page and add your profile to the page by following the steps outlined at https://www.facebook.com/business/help/152071822895768?id=418112142508425.
Next, remove your app from connected integrations by visiting Facebook Business Tools Settings at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings. Then, reauthorise the Facebook app from the Facebook settings page.
During the Facebook authorization flow, ensure you select/grant permissions for all the pages. Then, specifically choose the page for auto-posting from the list of pages displayed after completing the authorization flow.
We’ve received reports from some of our clients, including yourself, regarding unexpected issues with certain Facebook API parameters. We want to assure you that we are diligently investigating these concerns and working to resolve any glitches that may have arisen.
In the meantime, please review your settings and also try using the same app at the other domain too. Rest assured, we’re actively working on a fix. We’ll keep you updated and release a patch ASAP.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Regards,
Anjali

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I’ve gone through all those steps and more a few times and still the same issue.
If I de-authorize then a message does show up in the ‘select Facebook pages for auto publish’ box stating:
Failed to fetch pages. validating access token: The user has not authorized application
But once authorized, no pages are there. I’ve exhausted all the troubleshooting so i guess the plugin just won’t work on this site for some reason. I’ll have to switch to another plugin in the meantime but will circle back if the issue ever gets resolved.

So i’ve done a through check of the app that doesn’t work and compared it to the other one that does. The only difference is that the one that works is still using Graph API v13.0 while the one that doesn’t work is using v18.0. Just thought i’d mention it in case it had something to do with it.

Hi,
If you are using your own app, please get the latest version and reauthorize with the connected app.
The latest version use v19 and added business_management permission to list all the pages(this doesn’t require app review, standard access with app in live mode is sufficient).
Please check and let us know if any issues.
Thanks and Regards,
Anjali
