# Issue with Formidable Forms

 * I am using Formidable forms on my Website and I want to use your Leads Plugin.
   I filled in the form ID#s in the setting but Leads is not able to receive the
   info from the forms.
 * Would you know what the issue might be?
 * Would you have any screenshots etc on how I can integrate Fromidable Forms with
   your Plugin.

 * But the plugin description still says it can be used with “any form” so is that
   out dated?
