Additionally, the plugin is working fine at our end. * The fatal error is occurring because the function, strlen(), expects a string but received an array instead. * I checked the list of active plugins from the Site Status that you shared, however, we haven’t received any conflict reports on any of them at the moment. * I see that you are using a custom theme and have WPCode Lite plugin active on your website. It is likely that a custom code that you are using on this website is causing the issue. * To help you resolve the issue, it is essential to find what exactly causes the conflict. * Would it be possible to create a staging website so that further tests can be performed without disturbing the live traffic? A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on same server using a separate database.
