# Issue with iFrame & Forms

 * With Smush currently deactivated, the green “More Info” button at the top of
   the page loads, with Smush activated the form fails to load – it’s been suggested
   that Smush is blocking it frrom loading.
   We’ve been unable to find a setting
   within Smush to help resolve the problem without having to have the plugin deactivated?
   Alternatively, is there a downside to keeping Smush deactivated and only activating
   to smush new images once uploaded periodically?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fissue-with-iframe-forms%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@andrew2401](https://wordpress.org/support/users/andrew2401/)
 * I hope you are doing well today.
 * When it comes to the first issue please navigate to Smush -> Lazy Load -> Media
   Types and disable the Iframe box and check if that helps.
 * As for your 2nd query, the answer is yes and no as it depends on which features
   you use. If you use Smush only to compress images then it is fine to enable plugin
   only to compress images. For features like Lazy Load Smush should be enabled.
 * Kind Regards,
   Kris

 * Hi [@wpmudevsupport13](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wpmudevsupport13/)

   Many thanks for your reply, I literally just found this setting whilst searching
   the forum for those that had similar issues!Unfortunately even with that iFrame
   setting disabled, my form fails to load…. the second I deactivate the Smush plugin,
   the form loads 🙁

 * Hi [@andrew2401](https://wordpress.org/support/users/andrew2401/)
 * I still believe it would be iFrame, but let’s check if we can replicate that.
 * Could you try the following:
 * – [https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/smush/#exclude-keywords](https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/smush/#exclude-keywords)
   and use this keyword data-layout-iframe-id
    – Test the Native Lazy Load [https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/smush/#native-lazy-load](https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/smush/#native-lazy-load)–
   Disable it only for the home [https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/smush/#post-types](https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/smush/#post-types)
   and if it works and none of above, then create a testing page so we can check
   the problem while the home has the modal working.
 * Best Regards

 * Hello [@andrew2401](https://wordpress.org/support/users/andrew2401/),
