    Hi,
    I am experiencing an issue with the Depicter slider. After exporting a slider from my original website, I attempted to import it into a new website, but the slider appears blank. It seems as though I have to recreate the slider from scratch on the new site, even though I followed the export/import process as usual.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue? Any guidance on what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated.

    We’ve encountered a problem with the zip file you sent. It appears to be corrupted and cannot be opened by any file compression software. This could be due to an error during file processing or changes you made to the slider.

    In past cases, we’ve successfully diagnosed slider issues by examining the zip file, but this one is unreadable.

    To help us understand the situation better, could you please provide more information about how the file was created or any recent slider adjustments?
