# Issue with integrations

 * Hi,
 * So I was trying to integrate with Asana using your plugin. However, I am facing
   difficulty with the integration. 
   I was able to follow the instructions completely
   from start to finish. But it always says **“You have not yet authorized this 
   plugin with Asana or there was a problem with your authorization. Please head
   to the [plugin settings page](https://bricknmodemdemo.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&subview=Integrate_Asana_With_Gravity_Forms)
   and authorize there before continuing here.”** on the form.
 * Also, whenever you go back to the settings page. It seems like all my integrations
   were lost, the APP id and keys are gone as well as the reauthorization.

 * I’m sorry to hear you are having some trouble with the authorization. Thanks 
   for reaching out and letting me know.
 * I’m not sure offhand why that’s happening. I’ll have to look into it. Could you
   try again while [Gravity Form logging](https://docs.gravityforms.com/logging-and-debugging/)
   is active? Then send me the logs (not here, you can upload them on our contact
   page [here](https://digital.brightleaf.info/contact/)) and that should help me
   diagnose it and fix the problem. In the meantime keep trying to authorize and
   set up a feed. It might work. I’ll keep looking for a solution in the meantime
   but it might take a few days.

   log files, thank you. I’ll look them over and try and figure this out for you.
   It might take a few days though. I’ll keep you updated.

   comfortable making opening phpmyadmin or some other tool like that to access 
   your db and perform a simple SQL query I will provide that will confirm that 
   the credentials are missing? perfectly ok if your not comfortable with it but
   it might speed up fixing the issue if you can.
