# Issue with Plugin Settings – Tabs Not Working

 * Hi,
 * I’m experiencing an issue with the settings page of the plugin. The tabs to configure
   the plugin don’t work, making it completely unusable.
 * I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
    - Cleared the cache
    - Tested on different browsers
    - Even the Re create plugin button
    - Disabled all other plugins to check for conflicts
 * Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. I do have the widget version
   of the plugin, but I am looking for a way to seamlessly send reviews to my clients.
 * Could you please assist me in resolving this? Let me know if you need any additional
   information.
