# Issue with plugin update

 * This has occur to me twice, if i do plugin update, all the Geodirectory pages
   becomes unavailable “Page Not Found” until i update wordpress permanent link.
   Can this be a serious issue
 * This occurred in my last twice update

 * Never happened to me personally. GeoDirectory doesn’t require permalinks to be
   resaved after updating it. There could be some other plugin messing up with your
   htaccess file though.
 * The only way to know would be to test next update, make sure you are not updating
   anything else and verify.
