issue with polylang

In a test environment I migrated from WPML to polylang and looks quite a good migration with some imperfection but the process was quite ok.
Regretfully after the migration:
1) in my secondary language (EN) Lightbox is not working.
2) in my primary language (IT) is working
3) if I deactivate Polylang Lightbox is working in both article IT and EN versionSo it looks like Lightbox is fighting with polylang.
How to solve?

I found that the API URL ( the API we use to retrieve the image and its informations basically ) is wrong on the US website ( where the lightbox doesn’t work ), it is :
https://www.corradoprever.com/test3/en//wp-json/mwl/v1/
As you can see there is a // that shouldn’t be there.
Unfortunately, unless Jordy knows an easy solution, I don’t think you can fix it by yourself, we will have to fix this in the next update of the plugin.
But once again, I have to speak about it with Jordy since he is the one taking care of the API and everything related to it.
