 * If we use any operator(Like &, _ ) on URL then flags are not visible on website.
   Can you please help me to resolve this issue.

 * TranslatePress does not execute AT ALL if doing_wp_cron query parameter is set.
   This is by design as to not break cron execution. Unfortunately, there is no 
   workaround as this check happens in multiple places. .

 * If you pass the `doing_wp_cron` parameter, TranslatePress will be disabled to
   ensure it does not interfere with cron execution.
