# Issue with refund processing

 * Hello, I hope you are doing well.
 * I am a developer at a company using your payment gateway plugin. We recently 
   received a report from a client stating that a refund was processed with an incorrect
   amount.
 * The original order value was **9.90**, but the refunded amount sent was only **
   0.99**.
 * After performing some tests, we noticed that the plugin takes the value from 
   WooCommerce (which is already treated/formatted) and divides it by 100. This 
   results in a float value of 0.99. Could you clarify if there is a specific reason
   for this behavior, or if this is an unintended issue?
