 * Hi, do you know of any compatibility issues with the Shield plugin?
 * Every time I try to create a new list I seem to trip something and get blocked
   by the security

 * Hi there,
 * We’re not aware of any compatibility issues w/ the mentioned plugin.
 * Perhaps it’s being overzealous. Does it have any functionality to exempt plugins(
   whitelist)? So you could add WPSP on its whitelist.
 * Let us know.

 * yes it does have a whitelist for parameters, not sure what I would put in though.
   Looking at the audit log this was the trigger:
 * `Auto Black List offenses counter was incremented from 1 to 2.
    Firewall Trigger:
   WordPress Terms. Page parameter failed firewall check. The offending parameter
   was “post_type” with a value of “wp_show_posts”. Firewall Block Response: Visitor
   connection was killed with wp_die() and a message.
 * I think I can change this setting but not sure I want to and would prefer to
   use the whitelist parameters. Could you tell me what to use?

 * I’m not exactly sure how that security plugin works but if it can whitelist all
   functionalities from the post type `wp_show_posts` then try that.
 * WPSP list’s settings are saved within the post type `wp_show_posts` and are then
   fetched from there by the plugin.
