 * I just installed your plugin and I love it.
 * The only issue I have is with user avatars.
 * I’m using WordPress + Buddypress and members can upload a custom avatar on the
   Buddypress profile page.
 * How can I make your plugin show the BP Avatars instead of the WP ones?

 * You can do so by changing code in two files in plugin,
    1. includes/admin/getIndivisualTicket.
   php 2. includes/admin/getIndivisualTicketFront.php
 * In both files, there is function called ‘get_gravatar()’. You can write your 
   own function to return user image.

 * I have no idea how to write a function to fetch the Buddypress avatars.

   queu.
