 * Hello,
 * W3 Total Cache significantly improved the performance of the homepage. However,
   after making design changes with Elementor, the page broke. Since then, I have
   been trying to purge and clear the cache to get it to display correctly again,
   but it hasn’t worked.
 * In some browsers, I see the correct version, while in others, it appears completely
   broken. Even after deactivating W3 Total Cache, the issue persists.
 * Could you help me resolve this? Is it not possible to use this plugin together
   with Elementor?
 * I look forward to your prompt response.
   Thank you, Best regards

 * Hello [@soporteemb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/soporteemb/)
 * Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
   This may be the problem with
   the browser Cache as it caches the files in the browser. The default is 1 year.
   Even if the file is changed, and if the name of the file remains the same, there
   is nothing to suggest the Browser that it needs to fetch the update file.
 * In Performance>Browser Cache, enable the option “Prevent caching of objects after
   settings change”, save all settings and purge the cache. This will add a random
   query string to static files which will then make sure that the browser fetches
   a new file once the query string is updated.
 * Let me know if this helps!
   Thanks!

 * Hello,
 * Thank you for your response and help!
 * Your suggestion worked to reset the cache and unify the website’s appearance
   across all browsers. However, I made changes again with Elementor, and they are
   not displaying (despite following your instructions and purging the cache).
 * I also tried disabling the browser cache under Performance > Browser Cache >
   Basic Settings, but that didn’t work either. How should I proceed?
 * I look forward to your prompt response.
   Thanks!

 * Hello [@soporteemb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/soporteemb/)
 * Thank you for your feedback.
   Have you clicked the “Update Media query string”
   button in Performance>Browser Cache settings once you made changes and before
   you purged the cache?
 * Thanks!

 * Hello,
 * Thank you! I hadn’t noticed that button. Now I can make changes with Elementor
   and see the updates and CSS applied much faster!
 * However, to achieve this, I have to click this button several times, then click
   the button to clear the cache multiple times, and refresh the browser tab several
   times. Is there something else I might be missing or misconfigured regarding
   the cache?
 * Thank you very much!
 * I’m glad to discover that I will be able to use W3 Total Cache with Elementor.
   Congratulations on this great plugin.
 * Best regards.

 * Hello [@soporteemb](https://wordpress.org/support/users/soporteemb/)
 * Thank you for your feedback and I am glad eerything works now.
 * As for the additional problem with reloading, you have another layer of caching
   besides the W3 Total cache.
   X-Hcdn-Cache-Status: HIT
 * What this means is that even if you claear the W3TC Cache, there is still cached
   version on your server that needs to expire. W3 Total Cache cannot fix this because
   it cannot clear the cache it has not created or connected to.
   I would advise
   disabling this while you are still developing the website or manualy clear the
   cache (check with yoru host if there is way to triger this when content is updated)
 * We would really appreciate it if you could take a minute and post a review [here](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/w3-total-cache/reviews/).
   This will help us to continue offering a top-notch product to users.
   Thanks!
