Issue with website after disabling cloudflare

I recently made a bunch of changes to my website and one of the pages I updated was still being cached to the old page. I disabled our cloudflare plugin in theory to enable it again and see if that would clear the cache however upon disabling the cloudflare plugin the dashboard immediately went to unavailable. I can now no longer access my websites dashboard. Any suggestions would be HUGE.
