 * I’m not able to add fields under application form fields, I hit add filed button

 * Actually the problem is of a different nature, disregard the first message.
 * Default Application Form Fields set under settings are not showing on job detail
   page neither in back end nor front end, see the screen grabs:

 * Settings form fields only populate to job detail page when you are creating a
   new job.
 * Please first add fields in Settings & then create new jobs.
