    Hello friends.
    I’m having issues with the upgrade.
    from some reason i’m getting error messages like this “https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/release/he_IL/wordpress-4.0.zip…

    ההתקנה נכשלה
    in my languages: “cannot copy the file. installation failure.
    the host company said that all read/write permissions are set correctly
    so what could be the issue
