Hi migueltic,
Thank you for reaching out!
That disabling all cache features isn’t a good solution.
Since you are using LiteSpeed Cache, here are the three most likely culprits you should check and disable one by one: JS Combine External and Inline, HTML Minify, Cache Logged-in Users
Please try disabling the JS Combine External and Inline setting first, as this often resolves the issue.
Clear your cache completely afterward, and test the enrollment process and notification display again.
Let me know the results of your test!
Best regards,

Thanks a lot for the detailed response and screenshots!
- JS Combine External and Inline was already off.
- HTML Minify was on but turning it off didn’t solve the issue.
- Cache logged-in users solved the issue (at least the notification, I haven’t tested enrollment yet).
But doesn’t that mean that all optimizations/caches will be deactivated for all logged-in users?
If it’s that, then I guess it’s basically the same solution that I already had (only logged-in users are able to access the lessons, so it’s basically the same as disable cache for all lesson pages unless I’m missing something). And it’s a quite bad one (I want at least some speed optimizations activated on those pages/lessons).
Hi migueltic,
Thank you for the detailed testing and feedback!
To set up the optimal, granular caching rules without disabling all optimizations, we need to inspect your site’s code and your LiteSpeed Cache configuration directly.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this advanced configuration and the security policies of this community forum (which is mainly for basic plugin support), we cannot securely access your site here to make or verify these precise adjustments.
To ensure we can help you configure LiteSpeed Cache correctly to maintain speed while fixing the LearnPress functionality, please create a support ticket on our official helpdesk:
- Please visit our official helpdesk and click on the “Support” and follow the instructions in this video to create your ticket.
- When creating the ticket, please use the title: “migueltic – Issues with cache activated”
Our development team can then securely log in, analyze your LiteSpeed settings, and apply the necessary exclusion rules to achieve proper caching while keeping LearnPress functional.
Thank you for your understanding!
Best regards,
Brianvu-tp
Thanks. Do you offer that “private” support to anyone or only to active customers?
Hi migueltic,
Thank you for the question!
Our dedicated support forum is specifically designed to provide technical assistance to our customers who have purchased our themes or premium plugins and are experiencing issues while using our products.
If you are an active customer experiencing a technical problem with LearnPress or our associated themes (like Eduma), you are absolutely eligible to create a ticket in our private support forum. This allows our specialized development team to securely handle complex.
