# Issues with checkboxes

 * I’m playing about with your excellent plugin to build a sign up database for 
   our site. When I try and use the checkboxes in their various forms, they aren’t
   appearing on my site. All I get is the list names. Drop down lists seem to work
   as expected, except multichoice which also doesn’t work. Am i missing a plugin?

 * It looks like your theme is styling those elements. As far as I can tell, they’re
   working, they just don’t look like they normally do.
 * I’d suggest looking at your theme settings for a way to change it, or you may
   need to go to your theme support and ask about this.

 * thank you! I am not tied to the theme, can you suggest one that works out the
   box?

 * It’s normal to have to customize the CSS to get the exact results you want, and
   this is a case of something you can fix with CSS. If you’d rather avoid that,
   you’ll just need to try different themes until you get one that works without
   tweaking. As a web designer I can tell you that they all need some custom work
   to do everything perfectly for a particular site.
 * My advice: stay away from themes that use fancy editors, keep it simple. The 
   official WP themes are very functional and basic, which means they are very easy
   to customize.
