# Issues with Multi Browser Compatability

 * I can get audio bar to work on Google Chrome but not in Firefox or IE. Not sure
   what the deal is.
 * Things to note: I have turned all of my plugins off to see if this corrects the
   issue. It doesn’t (one of those plugins is Jetpack). I am also using pagelines
   frameworks.

 * Ok so I figured out what was happening. The files that I was given were not actually
   mp3 files they were actually m4a relabeled as mp3. After formatting them to a
   mp3 file they worked without issue.
