 * Hi [@mickhele](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mickhele/),
 * Our plugin hasn’t been tested with object cache and I know object cache can cause
   all sorts of issues from my experience. So unfortunately I can’t guarantee a
   solution for you. However if you send a screenshot of the issue as well as provide
   the diagnostic information which is in the help tab, I can try and provide you
   assistance if possible.
 * Thanks,

 * Hi, to reproduce the issue is very simple.
    1) find a server with Redis server
   installed; 2) install and enable the plugin “Redis Object Cache” (remember also
   to enable the cache on “Settings -> Redis -> Enable Object Cache”); 3) go to
   the plugins page of WordPress and see the red alert box below your plugin.
 * The strange behaviour is that only your plugin has this problem (and on my WordPress
   installations I’m using a lot of plugins but I’ve issue only with yours).

 * Hi [@mickhele](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mickhele/),
 * Sorry, I don’t have the capacity or resources to test under your specific server
   conditions. Thank you,
