    Hi,

    In theory this is a great plugin thank you! I’m having issues getting it working properly though and also getting support for this – as
    I’ve tried sending multiple emails and haven’t heard back, so am trying on this forum now…

    I’ve purchased the pro version, and have a problem with the responsive way it is resizing when the browser window is reduced in size.
    It is either squashing the height of the boxes, or else separating the three boxes over two lines … I want it to reduce in proportion and when it gets too small to have each element go onto its own line. Such as with this example:

    I’m using the Avada template.

    Hi,

    I purchased this 5 days ago, and have been emailing about this question ever since, with absolutely no response.

    It’s holding up my whole project. If there is no work around I will require a refund and to look for another solution, but either way can someone please get back to me urgently about this. Your website says you will respond within 12 hours, it’s very unprofessional for you not to reply at all.

    After many emails I never heard back, so I had to go with an alternative design.
    I see there’s a response from 2 weeks ago, but the job had long passed by then.
