# Issues with TDO Mini Form Posts

 * I’m working on a website for a non-profit and I’m using th TDO Mini Form to build
   a PLEDGE form for the site. My expectations were for an individual to fill out
   the contact form and for their name to show within a category that shows a news
   feed on the homepage. A good example of how the site looks like this [website](http://iamthemes.com/themeforest/wordpress/multimedia/).
   I placed the custom form made within the TDO Mini Form plugin inside this lightbox
   from the login in button and it looks great. But it doesn’t show up in the news
   feed. The code of the form is:
