Issues with Theme Total

Hi, I have purchased Theme total about a year ago and it works well on my website: nir-saar.ca

But then was trying to install a new website as an addon under bluehost hosting service and the theme Total started to behave strangely – some of the options under – appearance have disappeared although they are enabled.
on my original website that is running the same theme, all is well.

Here area a few exmples to the weird behaviors by the theme:
1. there used to be a navigation tab under appearance – customize but now sometimes it is gone or when it aprears it is empty of the previous content – which you were able to set which menu you are using for the site.
2. There is no more logo tab – which was the place you can upload a logo.

I have a feeling it is a compatibility issue with the new version of wordpress but not sure. The Total theme support has been unresponsive so far.

I have reinstalled wordpress and the theme but the situation have not changed.

Also installed this theme on a brand new account on blue host and the same issues have persisted.

Does anyone have any experience with the Total Theme?
Or with similar issues?
