    Hello, we are experiencing a problem with our website, bluehost support tells us that it is in relation to the following plugins that we had to deactivate so that the site works again with buses on its pages; the affected plugins are: wpforms-lite, leadin and elementor. can you guys give us a solution?

    The wpforms-lite plugin is the cause of the problem, we had to desactivate it. before it was inaccessible with a status message “learn more about worpress” page inaccessible. We have been directed to you in order to reactivate the plugins because if you visit our site which is substancium.com and if you browse its pages, you will understand the problem, the dynamic pages are not displayed correctly following the deactivation of these plugins that are causing this problem.

    It seems WPForms Lite was deleted from the site, so I’m unable to verify the issue you reported on your site.

    When you get a chance, could you please share a stack trace of the fatal error reported by Bluehost? This will help us investigate the issue further.

    In case you want to generate new logs about the issue, please note that we have a guide on how to enable debugging in WordPress. After enabling debug logs, you can activate WPForms Lite and reproduce the issue. Then, please share the error logs with a stack trace.
